Well I’d hoped to follow on with the exercise, but missed one night for a valid reason, then the next.

Trouble is – I then had a problem with my elbow (Burstitis) which has totally stopped things again. Seems every time I try . . end up against a brick wall!

What I am doing though – is spending the week off the beer and seeing if that has any impact. Fingers crossed!
