Well – started dieting now, and decided I need to see my weight drop before I can motivate on the P90X.
Work has confirmed I’m travelling for 3 weeks – so all in it will cause problems.
Currently started to lose weight! 🙂 So intend to drop to below 16 stone then do a program more based around cardio/fat burning than weights/pull ups. So bit of toning but more focused on weight loss.
Good chance I’ll start P90X again properly. . and will keep the blog going with my progress once I get settled.
