Days 25/26/27

Well – finally over the cold, so deciding what to do at the moment.

Weight isnt’ shifting – but to be fair . . I THINK I’m starting to lose some fat. . and definately starting to tone up a bit. Also I know I’ve got travelling coming up with work. . lots of it. . so no idea how this will really affect things.

I’d hoped by now to have started to lose weight, to be under the 16st bracket. . so while I’m looking better for it . . my goal isn’t really happening. I expect I’m to blmae though by doing a strength/muscle program – rather than pure fat burning & cardio.

A new week starts soon. . .so going to decide what to do.
