Bubble Bubble . . . NO SERIOUSLY BLOODY BUBBLE!

Well – winemaking is coming on well. . .in ways.

The plum wine I started with. . .isn’t really doing much and has a LONG way to go before I can consider saying it is nearly done. The fermenting is just very very slow. I’ve added some nutrients. . .but no joy. It is heading for the plug hole.

Plum wine on left, Cider (with honey), Cider – cheapy one, White wines.

However – success in other areas. My turbo ciders (made from cheapy stuff) is done and the new one (with added honey) isn’t too far off either! Both taste quite nice.

I’ve also started on my white wines (from Apple juice and Grape juice). These are cheapy wines but meant to be nice . . . and they are! I tested them today and they have nearly finished fermenting! Only a few days done! Also had a quick sip . . and it REALLY does taste nice 🙂

If these work out. . . going to start 4 gallons worth off and do some little changes to them to see if I can modify to my liking 🙂

Anyway – enjoy the couple of pics 🙂
